Direct Rent a Car is the best car rental agency I had used in Dubai. They have well maintained cars, reasonable pricing, high milage allowance (monthly 6000 km), no hidden charges and simple paper works and procedures. Dealing with Janine was a wonderful experience. She provides all details in advance, answered all the queries, and gave a brand new car with 0 km. She is always available online and over the phone to address all the requests and concerns. Was happy to get a car from Direct rent a car & currently using with excellent rates. Their representative Arnel was very warm, professional & coffee was great :) The area for improvement for them is that they need to cooperate a bit more with customers and ensure a visa/debit card machine is available at the office since the only machine they had was with a driver who was out of office to charge other customers and I had to wait for good 30 minutes for him to return so they can charge me!
